Only 10% of astronauts are female, and in space engineering that number seems even worse. This blog is dedicated to put the Women in Space in the spotlight to educate and inspire a new generation.

WISH: Women In STEM Highschool aerospace scholars

NASA is awarding special scholars to enthusiastic students. But be quick, the deadline to apply is 3th of February!

Requirements for participation are:

  • Be interested and excited about STEM.
  • Be committed to a one-year relationship with NASA.
  • Have at least a 3.25/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • Be a female high school junior.
  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Have access to the internet and email (home, school, or public library).
